You can shop online here via our website, or visit one of our Sunshine Coast surf shops in Coolum, Alexandra Headlands or Caloundra. We stock some of the best surfboards and SUPS available across the coast, and can even make you a custom surfboard to meet your specific surfing needs.
How to shop
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not require an account to place an order, simply complete the order as a ‘Guest’ checkout.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
When you go to login, there will also be a ‘forgot password’ link underneath the login button. Click this and follow the prompts. If you are unable to update this way, then please contact us
How do I place an order on your site?
To place an order, find the item you wish to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Then click the shopping back at the top of the screen and follow the checkout prompts.
Where can I find size & fit advice?
For more advice on board size, please contact us and one of our helpful staff will contact you with more details.
Can I place an order over the phone?
You certainly can, call our store on 07 5491 4471 and one of our staff will help you out.
Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us and add your order number as the subject.
Pricing & payment
Which currencies can I shop in?
Currently we only take payments in AUD.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately in order to secure your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard.
Will my personal details stay safe?
Our website is hosted on a secure server and your details will never be shared with anyone. Payment details are not held by us in anyway, it is only used by the payment service.
